America Top Beaches

Kiawah Island, South Carolina

Beachwalker County Park is a public beach access located on Kiawah Island. The park offers a wide sandy front beach with a large designated swimming area, dressing areas, outdoor showers, restrooms, picnic area with grills, Snack bar (seasonal), beach chair & umbrella rentals. Lifeguards are on duty seasonally.

Kiawah Island boasts over 10 miles of beach and dune which provide a number of important functions.

Kailua Beach, Oahu, Hawaii

Kailua Beach Park, often rated as the "Best Beach in the World," is a generally wonderful place to enjoy swimming and beach recreational activities. It has a very nice, fine sandy beach. There are generally no significantly hazardous ocean or beach conditions.

The water is exceptionally clear and blue and two beautiful, offshore island known as the Mokuluas, add to the tropical atmosphere of the area. Access is only available by a public access walkways. Please respect local resident's properity.

Carribean Top Beaches

Little Bay, Anguilla

Anguilla has five times as many beaches as traffic lights and you'll start to get an idea of what an ocean lover's paradise this British dependency really is. In fact, inshore scenery pales in comparison to isolated slivers of sand and dramatic cliffs at places like Little Bay.

Pink sand Beach

Out Island of Harbour Island and exuding colonial charm, Pink Sands is a 20-acre haven set by the edge of the famous three-mile pink sand beach. Designed by Biba founder Barbara Hulanicki -Pink Sands comprises 25 pastel-colored cottages scattered throughout lush tropical grounds.

Solomon Beach

Solomon Beach is a secluded beautiful hideaway that is accessed by boat or a short hike starting behind the new National Park Visitor Center. The snorkeling is beautiful along the rocky points of this beach. The hiking trail also continues to Honeymoon Beach, one of Caneel Bay's seven famous beaches.

Bondi Beach

Bondi is well known for its great sandy beach, as well as its surf. It is a modern and trendy coastal resort, which is very popular. Bondi has a number of cafes and restaurants which look out over the beach and makes a great place to stay and visit.

Bondi attracts a wide range of people from its old Jewish and Italian communities to travellers as well as Aussie surfers. You can learn to surf on Bondi, which is a must. If you already know a few moves but don't have your own board, then you can hire both surf boards and boogie boards from the small hire shop on the beach.

Fraser Island

Fraser Island is the world's largest sand island. It is World Heritage Listed and has become an eco tourism venue now that its timber and sand mining industries have been abandoned.
Many visitors come mainly for the fishing, especially along the ocean beaches of the eastern coast. A big fishing competition is an annual event here, running for a whole week.
