Hawaii Nude Beach Guide

According to the State Park regulation Nudity is illegal at state beaches in Hawaii. Nudism around the beaches is most of the areas of the world. If you don’t find complete nudism you can still find at least topless people sunbathing, on both public and private area of the beaches. Most of the resorts around the beaches now cater for millions of sun-loving naturists each summer throughout the Mediterranean, Atlantic, Caribbean, Mexico and beyond. You can find some beaches around South Pacific region of the world where legal nude is allowed. You can find nudism around the beaches when Hawaiian people has been believed to be migrated.

Still there are certain beaches in hawaii region where you can still find nudity, topless, naturist, people.

Honokohau Harbor Beach, Hawaii : This beach is located in the Kaloko-Honokohau National Historical Park in the Kona Coast, and it is in the north of Honolokohau Harbor off Highway 19. In the north end you can find Yellow sand beach which is mostly popular for its Gay beach. Privacy is not easy to find here, and Federal Park rangers over and over again patrol to enforce and prohibit on nude sunbathing at Honokohau Harbor Beach. However due to its warm climate and good snorkeling condition, this remains a very popular nude beach.

Little Beach at Makena (Pu'u Ola'i Beach), Maui It is one of the unofficial topless, nude beach in Maui's region of Hawaii. Little Beach is very near to Makena Beach also know as Big Beach, but you cannot access Little beach by car Life-long nudists, newcomers, and people from all walks of life enjoy the beauty of Little Beach. Little beach is one of the most crowded beach in Hawaii region. Little beach is around 1.8 Mile long. Little Beach is also known as Pu'u Ola'i Beach. This is, perhaps, the best spot in Hawaii for nude sunbathing. The swimming and snorkeling are excellent. There are very less facilities at little beach. Activities on Little beach are Sundays there's fire dancing and a drum circle starting in the late afternoon and culminating at sunset.

Papohaku Beach In Molokai region there are no beaches which are unofficially designated as clothing-optional. Molokai is the least visited by tourist in the main Hawaiian Islands - not including Kaho'olawe which is closed to the public. This is not to say that you will not be able to find a long stretch of beach that will be yours alone and provide an opportunity for nude sunbathing. This beach extends over three miles of coastline and is more than 300 yards wide. If you want a private, secluded and beautiful beach, Papohaku is for you. Strong tradewinds coming from the west can whip up the sand along this long beach making it quite uncomfortable during windy weather. Papohaku is good for snorkeling and diving.

Donkey Beach, Kauai The beach was so-named because the nearby plantation used donkeys and burros to haul cane to the fields. This beach is located 7 to 10 mile north of mile marker 11 on Highway 56. Donkey Beach was known as one of Kauai's best nude beaches. Rocks litter the shore but a exquisite strand of sand and trees make the area very calm. Strong currents, dangerous shore break, sudden drop off and waves breaking on ridge.

Kehena Beach (Dolphin Beach), Big Island of HawaiiThis beach located in the Kalapana area on the Big Island of Hawaii. Kehena Beach here swimming can often be hazardous due to rough current and high waves. It is a popular beach for local residents. This is best place to see dolphin and even you can swim with them. It is considered as one of the nude beach of the Hawaii region. Becareful while taking your children to this beach because of nudism. A few people get swept out in the current every year so swimming is really dangerous here.

Red Sand Beach in Hana (Kaihalulu Beach) This is one of Hawaii's prettiest beaches, but getting to this beach is really difficult. This beach is better known as red sand beach. The sand gets its red-black color from the crumbling cindercone hill that surrounds the bay. The remains of a caved-in cinder cone have created the beautiful cove in which this crescent-shaped beach is found. While swimming at beach you should be very careful. When water is calm then at that time its better to swim at this beach. This beach is very isolated and nude sunbathers sometimes visit the area. Area wise this beach is very small. At this beach there is no lifeguard facilities you get. The path to reach at this beach is really very slippery you should take special precaution while going on that way
