World Most Beautiful Beaches

Water 'good' at 7 beaches

Water quality at seven beaches has been rated 'good' by the Environmental Protection Department for this weekend.

They are Clear Water Bay Second, Deep Water Bay, Golden, Big Wave Bay, Middle Bay, Repulse Bay and Stanley Main Beaches.

Meanwhile, water quality at Silverstrand Beach was rated 'fair'.

All have shark nets.

Seven gazetted beaches - Anglers', Approach, Ting Kau, Casam, Gemini, Hoi Mei Wan and Lido - are closed to swimmers year round because of poor water quality.
